Introducing the Earthborn #Claymates

Earthborn has relaunched its website with some wonderful new features, offering paint colour ideas, decorating tips, the latest news and competitions.
Earthborn paint is special, with some truly unique qualities. Its signature Claypaint is made from real clay, making it luxuriously thick and creamy, highly breathable and with a distinctive ultra flat matt finish.
To help spread the word, Earthborn asked five fabulous interiors bloggers to contribute to a year of inspiring projects and room makeovers.
Throughout 2019 Earthborn will be working with five brand ambassadors, dubbed the Earthborn #claymates! Across the year, you can check out their personal projects and room makeovers, all using Earthborn. They are:
- Soozi Danson from The Patterned Palace (@soozidanson)
- Kimberly Duran from Swoonworthy (@swoonworthyblog)
- Luke Arthur Wells (@lukearthurwells)
- Jess Hurrell from Gold is a Neutral (@gold_is_a_neutral)
- Emma Jane Palin (@emmajanepalin)
If you would like to get involved in the #claymates campaign, join Earthborn on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest where there will be competitions – hosted by each of the #claymates – plus a special discount code for our website.
So if you’re planning a project using Earthborn paints in 2019, don’t forget to hashtag #claymates!
Earthborn has worked hard to make its revamped website inspiring, easy to navigate and full of the unique Earthborn personality.
It’s worth having a good look around the site which has a number of new features, all geared to helping specifiers, designers and decorators create exciting schemes.
You can find everything you need from the homepage, including colour palettes, sample shop, product information and where to buy.
A new inspiration section is chock-full of colour schemes for all room types including lovely living rooms, heavenly hallways and beautiful bedrooms.
You can click on a colour to see pairing colours, images of the shade in situ and sample pots.
Earthborn’s environmental credentials are well established, with its products free from acrylics, oils, vinyls and carrying the Ecolabel accreditation. The company sets out to be as open and honest as possible about the ingredients used within its paints, which is why all ingredients are listed on the side of every tin, apart from the small sample pots. You can also view this information, as well as download data sheets, for every Earthborn product on its website. For example, there has been debate about titanium dioxide and to help customers make an informed choice, the blog on its new website highlights those paints within its range that are totally free from this ingredient.
On Earthborn’s new colour cards, you will see an asterisk * next to those colours within the Claypaint range that don’t any contain titanium dioxide.
There are also four special colours in the Claypaint palette that are not only free from titanium dioxide but don’t contain any colourant either, as these are formulated directly from naturally occurring clays. These are Marbles, Humpty Dumpty, Freckle & Flower Pot.
