The showhome at Bellway’s Kingsfleet Park development in Trimley St Martin has been named as an award winner for Suffolk in the 2025-26 United Kingdom Property Awards.

The colourful three-bedroom Mason house, designed with a dog-loving young couple in mind, was successful in the Residential Interior Show Home category for the county.

Part of the International Property Awards, the awards recognise excellence in all sectors of the property and real estate industry across the UK.

The interior of the Mason was designed by Stanza Style Interiors and Bellway asked them to imagine a young, recently married couple living there when they designed the house.

The home is decorated in a fun, maximalist style, for a couple with a new baby, who love going for coastal and country walks with their much-loved cocker spaniel.

Jenny Walker, Sales Director for Bellway’s Essex division, said: “Our showhome at Kingsfleet Park is delightful. It’s a masterclass in using colour to create a fun and joyful home.

“The interior took inspiration from the local area with a sealife themed nursery inspired by the Suffolk branch of the British Divers Marine Life Rescue charity, which we have supported.

“Striking and varied artwork and bold use of colour give our showhome real impact. And it’s packed with imaginative décor ideas that our visitors have found very inspiring.

“The designers chose elements that created a luxurious feel without breaking the bank, such as clever wallpaper that gave the impression of wooden panelling. Framed artwork is a simple and accessible idea, but the designers made it look fresh and special through their choice of colours and prints and the way they displayed them.
