Roddy New Homes Unveils New Sutherland Park Development in Hythe.

Kent-based housebuilder Roddy New Homes has announced the launch of its latest development, Sutherland Park, in the scenic town of Hythe.

The newest addition to the Roddy New Homes portfolio will officially welcome prospective homeowners during an exclusive VIP Launch on Saturday, May 3rd, at the development site situated on Boundary Road, Hythe, CT21 6JL.

A collection of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes that blends luxury with convenience in a beautiful location just a few minutes walk from both Hythe beach and the town centre, prices at Sutherland Park start from just £265,000.

Attendees of the launch event will have the opportunity to explore the development, visit its marketing suite and discuss its range of house types with a member of the Roddy New Homes team. A range of incentives will also be available to attendees who make a reservation in person at the event.

Each home is 100% fossil fuel-free and Net Zero Ready (NZR), meaning its total carbon emissions will be offset by the amount of carbon it removes from the environment in the near future.

Built on a brownfield site, each home will also have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rated B or higher, meaning they will all be classified as having ‘very high energy efficiency’ as a minimum.

The new homes also feature a number of other sustainable features designed to reduce occupants’ energy bills and carbon footprints, including timber frames, air source heat pumps, air exhaust heat pump and solar panels.
