Award-winning builder Springbourne Homes has commenced construction on a range of new, luxury homes in the sought-after village of Burbage in Leicestershire.

Springbourne Homes, based in Market Bosworth, is building an exclusive development called ‘The Dell’ offering six detached homes and two detached bungalows.

The Dell, which is approached via Elm Tree Drive, will be a stylish, fully landscaped development sitting alongside open countryside and within walking distance of Burbage Common and Woods.

Springbourne’s previous development, the exclusive Hornsey Rise site near Market Bosworth, scooped four national awards including the prestigious ‘Best Architecture for Multiple Residences’ at the UK Property Awards.

The new homes at The Dell are set to go on sale this autumn with prices expected to start in the region of £875,000.
