Housebuilder Croudace Homes has achieved an outstanding performance in Job Crowd’s 2025 Apprentice and Graduate survey for the property and housebuilding sector.

This year, Croudace Homes’ placement in the property and housebuilding sector for “Top Companies to Work For” reached 1st for graduates and 3rd for apprentices. At the same time, national results ranked Croudace 15th for graduates and apprentices, advancing 18 steps up the ladder compared to the previous year.

The Job Crowd’s rankings are described as the “TripAdvisor of jobs” as the survey holders gather anonymous feedback from current apprentices and graduates. Employers are rated across key areas including culture, training, responsibility, career progression, work-life balance and the enjoyment of their role. The results are based on the employees’ experiences, showing insight into the quality of the workplace.
