Couple end three-year house hunt to secure first home in Newbury
Jayant Kachwaha (42) and Prachi Sharma (42) are thrilled to have settled into the community, marking the end of their long house-hunting journey.
The married couple relocated from a two bedroom apartment near the marketplace in Newbury to a spacious three bedroom, semi detached home with a more modern design.
Reflecting on their journey, Jayant said:

Jayant added:

Jayant said:
“We reserved when the house was semi-constructed, and the process was smooth and worry-free. We had the keys in our hands less than two months after reserving the property.”

Jayant continued:

“The kitchen is definitely our favourite spot. It’s where we spend most of our time, chatting and planning how to add our own personality to the house.”
